Blood pressure is the force exerted on the walls of blood vessels as blood flows through them. This pressure is highest when the heart, which works like a pump, contracts to send out blood. This is known as “Sysolic blood pressure”. Blood pressure is at its lowest when the heart relaxes to allow blood to flow in. This is known as “Diastolic blood pressure”.The Human body is made up of a vast number of cells, each working’hard to maintain the body’s health. For these cells to funtions properly, and to regenerate themselves, they must receive a steay supply of nutrients and oxygen. Blood circulates to all parts of the body to deliver nutrients and oxygen. At the same time, it removes the carbon dioxide and waste that cells expel.
Your blood pressure fluctuates all the time, and you should not be too concerned about the results of only one or two readings. As the autonomic nervous system controls the blood pressure, it changes the pressure constantly eventhough you are unaware of it. Blood pressure also changes depending on the pulse rate and varies widely during the course of a day. It ia also influenced by seasonal, temperature ans emotional factors. Please learn more about it with American Hearts Association.

Published in March 28th, 2008
Most people their diets are so poor, that even a little quality nutrition can make
a noticeable difference in the way you feel.I strongly encourage you and your
family to consume the five basic supplements daily. The multi-vitamins/mineral and
protein supplement are the first two of the basics. The third basic is vitamin C.
The multi will give youthe DV of 60 miligrams. This is adequate to protect you against scurvy. Reams of evidence have been appearing in research literature indicating that vitamin C ingested in amounts above the DV will offer enchance health and possible protection against some diseases. Find out more about reference guide for vitamins.
