Just imagine we have been eating all types of food since we were born and
our colon has been exposed into toxins through it. It just like the toilet bowl
we leave it and never wash. It getting darker and smelly ya!.
In our modern world, toxins are largely unavoidable.
People are burdened with artificial colorings, pesticide,
herbicide resedues, preservatives, rancid oils in our
food and other toxins. It is almost imposible to escape
from dangerous chemical-based cleaning products
and cosmetics, harmful medication and other poisons.
A detox doesn’t have to be about fasting
or difficult regimens. Give one of these weekend plans
a try and start spring feeling refreshed and energized.
REMEMBER to avoid this during the detox proses:-
1.) Alcohol 4.) Tobacco
2.) Coffee or caffeinated drinks 5.) Artificial sweeteners,
3.) Processed foods, meat 6.) Dairy and wheat
Many of these toxins are end up in the colon and please use this simple
method to help you clean your intestine. This could promote better
elimination and help your intestine absorb nutrients. Here are the step
for you:-
FRIDAY
- Start in the evening with light, fiber-rich dinner, such as steamed vegetables
and a half cup of brown rice.
SATURDAY
- In the morning, begin with your fast a glass of water with fresh-squeezed
organic lemon juice.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY
- Throught the day, drink filtered water and three (3) or four (4) 8 oz to 12 oz
glasses of organic fruits and vegetables juices; black cherry, grapes, apples
and cabbage are best for your healing the colon and flushing out any remain
mucus.
MONDAY
- Break your fast gently in the morning with breakfast either a banana,
a half cup of brown rice or an apple.
Notes:-
i.) During your cleanse, look for supplements that promote intestinal bulk
and encourage bowel movements.
ii.) Try adding a tablespoon of psyllium seed husk to 8 oz glass of water;
stir well and drink immediately.
iii.) A tablespoon of liguid slipery elm bark extract diluted in 8 oz of warm
water soothes intestinal walls.
iv.) And acidophilus [two capsules containing at lease 1 billion live organisms
per capsule or two tablespoon of liquid, two or three times a day) can
replenish “friendly” intestinal bacteria.
Simple Exercise for detox
a.) Try gentle exercise to encourage
digestion and elimination.
b.) Take long, slow walks; use them
as a time for contemplation.
c.) Spinal twists and deep abdominal
breathing, done throughout the
day, also help stimulate the
intestines.
d.) Or try simple stretch to the right.
Inhale while reversing arms, then
exhale and stretch to th left.
Repeat nine (9) times. Perform
this sequence several times a day.
